JetWorx has given me the opportunity to be a leader in a company that strives to maintain the highest level of aviation service. Our high standards of excellence are expressed throughout our daily activities and contribute significantly to the quality of service we provide to customers.
I enjoy working at JetWorx because everyone is very respectful — from upper management to all the technicians — and everyone is ready to help. Answers to questions are well explained and communications here work well. As a result, our supervisors trust us to be responsible and they don’t micromanage, which I really like. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
I chose to transition to JetWorx because I was looking for an opportunity to help grow a business and become part of that growth. I found a family environment and a supportive leadership that empowers people to make decisions. The long-term vision for the company and its continued growth motivate me daily to keep striving and improving myself and our organization.
While devoting my time to the airfield learning about various aircraft and general aviation, I certainly plan to allow myself space for more growth and wisdom to pass on for future teams with betterment of each department.
The highlight of working for JetWorx is that I am able to learn and grow. There are hardworking people who care for one another. The environment is awesome, and management is very attentive towards your needs and success.
It really is the people here that make it different.
